Here's how we do it. (Dehydrator required.)
1) Peel back one side of the banana.
2) Slice lengthwise. Use a butter knife for this or be really careful you don't slice your fingers.
3) Lay the strips out on the dehydrator trays.

ReplyDeleteI finally bought my very own dehydrator last week , and am loving it ; so far apples, figs, and many a salvaged plum. I've hesitated on doing bananas ,because Im afraid I'll eat them all very quickly and get a big tummy ache.
